  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Pakistan Orders

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times may vary depending on country and courier service.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes if applicable.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier service availability

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor their parcel status.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services in selected areas across Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Your contact number is active

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

  • Payment is ready at the time of delivery

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Unreachable customer phone numbers

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

AnCollections is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Order number

  • Parcel pictures

  • Product pictures

  • Clear explanation of the issue
